Cancellation
Policy
When you would like to cancellation, please review your check in /
service date with the travel season in Thailand. The cancellation
will be applied after a booking is confirmed. And you will receive
a new booking after we can advised your travel or hotel reservation
request is available and reserved by us.
Alternatively, to cancellation your booking you can advise us by sending
an email to service@huahinbookings.com
and inserting the word Cancellation in the subject
line. The email must include the following details:
1. The booking number.
2. The e-mail address you used for the booking.
3. First and family name used for the booking.
If the notify of cancellation is received after we sending the confirmed
hotels voucher: THB 500. Net and also plus administration
will be charge for our services fee.
Cancellations
Normal season from 1 May to 31 October
1. Cancellations more than 7 days before requested arrival
Hotel Reservation will be subject to a 5% administration fee.
Tour & Transfer Services will be subject to a 5% administration
fee.
2. Cancellations less than 7 days before requested arrival
Hotel Reservation will be subject to a 1 night room charge.
Tour & Transfer Service will be subject to a 50% administration
fee.
High season from 16 January to 30 April and 1 November to
14 December
1. Cancellations more than 7 days before requested arrival
Hotel Reservation will be subject to 1 night room charge.
Tour & Transfer Services will be subject to a 50% administration
fee.
2. Cancellations less than 7 days before requested arrival
Hotel Reservation will be subject to 2 nights room charge.
Tour & Transfer Services will be subject to a 70% administration
fee.
Peak season from 15 December to 15 January
1. Cancellations more than 7 days before requested arrival
Hotel Reservation will be subject to 2 night room charge.
Tour & Transfer Services will be subject to a 70% administration
fee.
2. Cancellations less than 7 days before requested arrival
Hotel Reservation will be non refund made.
Tour & Transfer will be non refund made.
No Shows
If a customer fails to check in at a hotel, the hotel will impose
a no show charge. This varies depending on the hotel. Most hotels
normally charge a 1 night no show charge but a few will charge for
the whole booking period. Our reservations staff will negotiate,
to keep your no show charge as low as possible.
Amendment
Our amendment policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed.
A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room
is available. Alternatively, to amend your booking you can advise
us by sending an email to service@huahinbookings.com.
and inserting the word Amend in the subject line. The email must
include the following details:
1. The booking number.
2. The e-mail address you used for the booking.
3. First and family name used for the booking.
Amendments made more than 10 working days before check-in date that
reduce the number of nights booked, will incur a 5% admin fee only
for the number of reduced nights.
Amendments made less than 10 working days before check-in date will
incur a 1 night amendment charge for each room booked.
These charges may occasionally vary due to some hotels having more
strict amendment policies during peak holiday or conference periods.
In these cases our reservations staff will advise you by email the
applicable amendment policy.
