Q : Can I use my reward points
from Accor, Marriott, Hilton and etc? On your site?
A : No, it is only bookings made directly with the hotels can use
reward points.
Q : How do I check in at the
hotel?
A : Simply, present your hotel voucher to the hotel's reception
staff. Since the hotel already has your booking on record, your
email hotel voucher is not essential, but may be useful as verification
and for contact information. If for any reason you should need a
duplicate, please do not hesitate to contact us giving your booking
reference number.
Q : I work for the airline
/ travel industry, do I get additional discount?
A : Generally, we do not get any special rates from hotels for airlines
or travel industry professionals, Hotels should be contracted directly
for such cases.
Q : How is the difference
about the room categories?
A : The hotel lending to place their bedrooms for four categories:
Standard, Superior, Deluxe, and Executive. The actually difference
between the bedroom varies from one to another hotel. Single Room:
is a room that designed for one person and the room is contained
one single or twin bed only. Double Room: is the room that designed
for two persons and the room are contained on queen or king bed
but if not, it is available for twin bed only. Twin Room: is the
room that designed for two persons and the room is contained two
single beds but if it not, it is available for a king side bed only.
Triple Bed: is the room that designed for three persons and the
room is contained a queen bed and one single bed or three single
beds only. Please specify which option you would like to require
when sending a reservation form.
Q : What time can I check
in and check out?
A : Check-in time: from 12.00 p.m. (midday) Check-out time: before
12.00 p.m. (midday) for early check in or late check out will be
considered subject to availability and individual hotel policies.
Q : Can I book and pay directly
to the hotel by myself?
A : No, the rates displayed on our website are available only through
this service. Hotel walk-in rates are up to 50-75% more expensive.
And all reservations on the etickettravelhuahin.com have to be paid
for in advance.
Q : What is the hotel policy

A : Most of the hotels in Thailand allowed two children 12 years
old to share the same room with the parents and existing facilities
at no addition cost. If an extra bed is a required for a triple
room, you have to be paid in extra. And some hotels accepted only
1 child.
Q : When do I need to pay
for my room?
A : Payment is required before the due date indicated in the email
we send you. Or immediately if your booking is within 7 days prior
to your check-in date.
Q : When will I be charged?
A : You will be charged only when we have confirmed your reservation.When
the booking is made within 7 days of the check-in date.
Q : Can you send me a separate
invoice for my booking?
A : Yes. We will be pleased to send a printed invoice on company
headed paper if requested.
Q : After I make my reservation,
how long it takes to get the hotel's confirmation?
A : Usually within 1 working day (not including Sat, Sun & Public
holidays). When you make a booking with us, you immediately receive
an order acknowledgement via email, confirming that your order is
now being processed. Please keep this email, which will indicate
your booking reference number. At the same time we contact our agents
with your request. Assuming availability, a reservation is then
made with your information confirming your booking. Payment is usually
required 7 days before the check in date. Once payment has been
processed, we will send you a hotel voucher, via an email, showing
your booking details. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in
at the hotel. If you do not receive any mail from us within 1 working
day after placing an order, please kindly contact us immediately
at info@etickettravelhuahin.com, quoting your booking reference
number.
Q : Whose name is the reservation
made under?
A : The hotel's reservation is made under the guest name. You can
check-in with either a hotel check-in voucher or your passport (showing
the same name as on the hotel voucher that will send you (via email).
Q : What if I wish to extend
my stay?
A : To continue to take advantage of our low rates, you should contact
us directly. If you book directly with the hotel to extend your
stay, you will be charged a different rate to our prices.
Q : Can I change my booking?
A : Please read our cancellation policy.
Q : What if I want to book
the hotel that it is not in the listed?
A : We are able to offer other hotels not listed on our web site.
If the particular hotel you require is not listed, please email
us using the contact giving information on the hotel name, location,
and check in/out dates, room type and number of rooms. We will then
try and secure you a competitive price for this hotel.
Q : How do I booking a room?
A : 1. Select the hotel - Then complete and submit our Booking form.
2. Confirm availability - We will confirm the hotel(s) availability
via email, advising you of your booking details and when payment
is due. 3. Payment - You then can confirm your reservation payment
by Telex Transfer via your bank. Then faxing to us. 4. Within 7
days of check in - Please make a payment within 7 days of your arrival
date. If the requested hotel is not available no charges will apply.
Once availability is confirmed our cancellation policy will apply.
5. Hotel voucher - Once payment is made by Telex Transfer via your
bank, we will send you a hotel voucher (by email), which can be
presented to the hotel when you check-in. |
